We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and we do not sell your data or use it to train AI/ML models. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content and that it complies with these Terms.

6Intellectual property

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services and our provided templates for your own production and educational work for the duration of your subscription. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative products from our materials except as expressly permitted in writing. Third-party assets used within the Services (for example instrument icons under their own open licences) remain subject to those licences.

8Warranties & disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the Services reliable and accurate, but to the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose, or that any content, template, standard reference or output is accurate, current or complete.
