EasyStagecraft is a suite of stage-craft tools. Today that means EasyOrchestra (top-down stage layout planner for orchestra, ensemble and band) and EasyInventory (set, props, costume and asset cataloguer). More tools on the roadmap: EasyRiskAssess, EasyBand, EasyLight, and an immersive VR theatre walkthrough.
Yes. The free tier lets you explore both EasyOrchestra and EasyInventory in your browser — drop instruments, plan a layout, scan items in. What's gated to paid plans: cloud sync, save / print / export to PDF, multi-seat (sharing layouts and inventories with co-teachers / stage managers), and branded exports.
Pricing is on the pricing page. Tiers run from Solo Educator through School/Studio, Orchestra Manager, and Production House — each unlocks more seats, more saved layouts, and more export options. All prices in AUD, monthly or yearly (yearly saves ~20%).
The owner of the account invites teammates by email. Teammates get a one-click sign-in link and inherit the owner's plan — they see the same shared layouts and can save, edit and export. No separate Stripe customer needed for invitees. Seat counts: Solo 1, School/Studio 5, Orchestra Manager 8, Production House 20.
Yes — every paid tier. Save a layout on your laptop in the studio, open it on your iPad in the venue. Your work syncs to Cloudflare's edge KV automatically (1.5s after the last change). Free tier saves locally to your browser only.
Sign in, open your account, click "Manage subscription". Stripe's customer portal handles upgrades, downgrades, payment methods and cancellation. No phone calls, no retention pressure.

Chrome, Edge, Safari (15+), Firefox — desktop and tablet. EasyOrchestra works on iPad. Mobile phone support is "view only" — the canvas needs the screen real-estate to be useful for editing.
